怒り＝罪？

創世記4：7
怒りを、どのようにコントロールするのか？
１．一時停止ボタンを押す。
「刺激と反応のあいだにはスペースがある。
そのスペースに、自分を反応を選択する自由と力がある。
そして自分の反応には、自己の成長と自由がかかっている。」（「7つの習慣」より）
神様が怒るカインに言われた言葉は？ 6節
２．自分の感情に「責任」を持つ。
感情は、外からではなく、自分の「内」から出てくるものである。
マルコ7：15、7：20～23
自分の人生や行動は、自分自身しか選ぶことができないし、責任を持つことはできない。
３．選択の自由
被害者意識？ 自分には何の選択肢もない？
人生は、自分自身の選択の積み重ねでできている！
自由な道を選べる人生が広がっている！
その場の感情や状況に縛られないでいい。
神の前で顔を伏せるのでなく、神に向かって顔をあげることもできた。

Life is an accumulation
of our own choices!
Every moment,

situation,
freedom
of a new choice is given to us!
We don’t have
to be bound by the emotions
or circumstances
.
Instead of hanging
his head before God, he could have
raised
his head to God.
